The Stellar AP1261 Access Point is a ruggedized outdoor model from the OmniAccess Stellar range, designed for deployments in harsh environments (building facades, courtyards, exposed sites). IP67 certified, it withstands wide temperature swings, dust and bad weather.
It is based on the 802.11ac Wave 2 (Wi-Fi 5) standard in a 2x2:2 dual-radio configuration and reaches an aggregate throughput of about 1.2 Gb/s (867 Mb/s on 5 GHz and 300 Mb/s on 2.4 GHz). Its integrated wide-coverage antennas and its Gigabit Ethernet port make it a solution suited to outdoor Wi-Fi coverage.
The AP1261 supports zero-touch provisioning and is managed through OmniVista, in cloud or on-premises mode. It ships with its mounting kit for pole or wall.
