The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OmniSwitch 6870PX24M is a high-density multi-gigabit access switch in 1RU format, built on the OmniFabric architecture. With up to 10G per copper port, 802.3bt PoE at 95W and a 1,200W power supply, it sustains a high PoE budget for dense deployments.

  • Modular uplink module with 2 40/100/200G QSFP56 ports and 2 VFL ports
  • 256-bit MACsec on every port

  • Virtual chassis of up to 8 units, OmniFabric SPB/VxLAN-EVPN/MPLS, traffic telemetry
  • 1RU form factor, modular 1,200W AC PoE power supply, front-to-back cooling
  • AOS and OmniVista Cirrus management, shipped with a 19'' rack mount kit, power cord and RJ45 to DB9 console adapter
