OmniVista management and device support

OmniVista Cirrus Business provides cloud management and monitoring for one OmniSwitch 6860, 6865 or 6870. One subscription covers one managed device for 1, 3 or 5 years.

Business includes OmniVista updates and Partner Support Plus for the device, with hardware maintenance and advance replacement under the manufacturer's terms.

Access to Alcatel support

This licence lets IT1 Connect, an authorized integrator, access Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise support for this product. The customer contacts IT1 Connect and does not receive direct manufacturer support access.

Partner Support Plus is already included in Business. Do not add a Base licence or a separate Partner Support contract for the same device and term.
