The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OmniSwitch 6870-24 is a 1RU access and aggregation switch, built on the OmniFabric architecture for flexible and secure campus networks. It combines 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports with 25G/100G uplinks, plus end-to-end 256-bit MACsec encryption.

  • 4 SFP28 1/10/25G ports and 2 QSFP28 40/100G VFL stacking ports
  • 648 Gb/s switching capacity, 482 Mpps throughput, non-blocking
  • Virtual chassis of up to 8 units, AOS and OmniVista Cirrus management
  • OmniFabric: SPB, VxLAN-EVPN and MPLS, secure boot, traffic telemetry
  • 1RU form factor, modular 250W AC power supply, front-to-back cooling
  • Shipped with a 19'' rack mount kit, power cord and RJ45 to DB9 console adapter
