I don't know the ideal configuration, is that a problem?
No, and it is quite common. If needed, we run an audit to pin down your requirements before any configuration. You do not have to be a network or security expert: you describe your environment, our engineers turn that into a configuration. You can also start our buying guide : in about 2 minutes it points you to the hardware that suits your situation.
Do you configure hardware bought elsewhere?
Our included preconfiguration applies to hardware ordered from the store. For hardware bought elsewhere it can be considered as a dedicated service: get in touch with your project and we will see together what is possible.
What happens after installation?
We follow up over the early period, using support hours, to sort out any teething problems. After that you have two options: either we take on maintenance and monitoring, or you keep control. It is your call.
Which manufacturers do you cover?
We are certified experts on Stormshield and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. We also work with a wide range of other professional brands: just ask us.
Can I resell under my own name?
Yes, and that is the default. We work as a discreet subcontractor: you remain your customer's direct contact and serve them under your own name, with no branding of ours. Conversely, if it serves you, you can highlight our expertise as a mark of quality and trust. It is your call.
What if I need an on-site installation?
That is possible too. Depending on what you choose when ordering, our technicians can take on the deployment, and even what follows: see From order to day-to-day operation. Preconfiguration remains the fastest option when you can plug it in yourself.
