Sizing includes all user accounts in each tenant. Integration requires administrator permissions and access to the required logs.

Microsoft licensing affects available data. Have technical and guest accounts assessed and agree response responsibilities.

This offer uses the Partner Managed model, linked to the customer organization administered by the partner. The quotation defines licence scope. IT1 Connect deployment, configuration, alert handling and support services have a separately agreed scope and price.
