WithSecure Elements Collaboration Protection strengthens email and file security in your Microsoft 365 environment.

Protect email and shared files

• Protection of Exchange Online email against malicious content and links.
• File protection for configured SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams locations.
• Administration and monitoring through WithSecure Elements.

The service connects to your Microsoft 365 tenant with the required permissions. Exchange calendars, contacts and tasks are outside the protection scope since 1 September 2026.

Licensing distinguishes user and non-user mailboxes: N licences support up to N user mailboxes and 2N non-user mailboxes, subject to service allocation. Shared mailboxes must be counted separately.

Activation and administration

Partner Managed offering administered by IT1 Connect. Specify the organization and whether this is a first subscription or a renewal. Activation requires assignment to the customer account; immediate key download is not promised.

The licence alone does not include deployment, support services or 24/7 monitoring. These services can be quoted separately. Never enter passwords in the order fields.

Monthly Evergreen subscription

Partner Managed offering administered by IT1 Connect. Monthly billing, commitment period, license-count changes, cancellation conditions and any prorating are confirmed in the quotation before activation. Monthly presentation does not promise unrestricted cancellation at the end of each month.

IT1 Connect deployment, configuration, support and operational services are not automatically included in the license; their scope and price are agreed separately.
