The Stormshield EVA #3 Virtual Appliance (Elastic Virtual Appliance) is a fully software-based UTM firewall, designed to protect virtualized networks with up to 6 GB of RAM. It deploys as a virtual machine on your hypervisor, with no dedicated hardware, which simplifies integration into an existing infrastructure or a private cloud environment.

The initial subscription includes the Stormshield baseline protection: intrusion prevention (IPS), IP address reputation (IP reputation), application control, antispam, as well as firmware updates and support from a certified partner. You therefore have an operational security baseline as soon as it is activated.

Advanced functions (Premium UTM Security Pack, advanced antivirus, Breach Fighter, Extended Web Control, industrial protocols, Vulnerability Manager) are added as options, to be subscribed according to your needs. Our IT1 Connect teams support you on the sizing, deployment and maintenance of your virtual appliance.
