Sizing and prerequisites

Quotation required. Provide your architecture, operating systems and maximum connection count. The licensing unit and any server licence prerequisites are confirmed when quoting.

The general documentation below supports the assessment; your quotation defines the contractual scope and applicable capabilities.

IT1 Connect services

This offer uses the Partner Managed model, linked to the customer organization administered by the partner. The quotation defines licence scope. IT1 Connect deployment, configuration, alert handling and support services have a separately agreed scope and price.
